Microsoft Power Automate allows users to share flows between each other or with entire teams.
Step-by-step guide
- To access flows 'Shared with me'. Within power Automate choose the My Flows menu item, and then click on the 'Shared with me' tab under the 'Flows' title.
- From here you can access any flows that you are 'Co-Owner' of either shared directly with you or with a team you are a part of. As an owner, you can make all changes required as if you created the flow yourself.
