Microsoft Teams is a hub for teams to come together and collaborate in one space . It's similar to Skype- allowing file storage and integration with other major Microsoft products (e.g. Word) in addition to instant messaging.
The focus of Teams is to allow staff to have access and collaborate on their relevant school processes (e.g. Graduation Team which involves organisation and collaboration across multiple departments/people)on a project, process, or as an ongoing department.
Teams provides a central file storage location as well as chat and collaboration tools to help teams acheive their goals.
