An error is displayed when trying to log into the community portal as seen below: ERROR SAML204: No session index could be found in response from IDP.

Some parents encounter this problem when their children try to log into the portal with their student accounts.

To fix this issue, follow the following steps.

1. In your Chrome browser, go to https://community.brigidine.qld.edu.au.

2. When this loads up, try to click on the link below.

https://feds.brigidine.qld.edu.au/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx

3. Please select Sign out from all the sites you have accessed and click on Sign Out.

4. Close your browser and navigate back to https://community.brigidine.qld.edu.au

5. Logon as normal.

This will force you to logout of the portal and reenter your user credentials. If this fails, try logging in on a different computer and if it still fails please visit IT Services with the device having an issue and we will have a closer look at it.
