When do I drop off my laptop?
Laptops should only be dropped off after you have created an IT support ticket by emailing email@example.com and you have been told that your laptop needs to be dropped off. Drop offs can occur Monday to Friday between 7am and 9am or 1pm and 3pm.
Where do I drop off my laptop?
Laptops are to be dropped off outside the doors that lead you to the IT department. A map where this is located is given below. There will be clearly marked tables outside where you can drop off your laptop and also collect the loan laptop that will already be setup before your arrival. Laptops being dropped off are to be placed in the zip lock bags provided. On return, please return the loan laptop in the zip lock bag and place the loan charger in the same bag.
How long will the repair take?
Repairs will take a minimum of two working days. Once your laptop is ready you will be contacted via email letting you know your laptop is ready for collection.
Where do I pick up my laptop?
Laptops are picked up from the same location you dropped your laptop off. Collections will be available Monday to Friday between 7am and 9am or 1pm and 3pm
