- Right Click the OneDrive task bar icon
- Navigate Pause Syncing and select 2 hours
- The OneDrive icon will change to show a pause icon
- Right click the OneDrive icon again and select Resume syncing
All files in OneDrive in Windows Explorer appear with the syncing blue arrows
Provide steps that the user can take to solve the problem. For example "The level 7 printer will flash red when it is out of paper. Add paper to tray 1".
You may want to use a panel to highlight important steps.
