You can update your families details online using the My Details tab on the Community Portal

  1. Navigating to the My Details tab on the Community portal will give you a preview of the current details the College has on file for your family members. You can change which family member's details you are viewing by clicking on the family members name in the middle of the page. 


  2. For each family member there are a series of tabs dedicated to each category of information
    1. For parents there are the following tabs
      1. Personal
      2. Addresses
      3. Occupation
      4. Census Information
    2. For students there are the following tabs
      1. Personal
      2. Medical
      3. Immunisation & Health Care
      4. Legal
  1. If you notice that your family member's details are out of date you can click the EDIT button  and change the details to their accurate values.
    Click the SAVE button  to submit your changes


  2. After submitting your changes you will see the old value along side the new one.
    Clicking on the old value will display a prompt to let you know that it is pending acceptance by the school.


  3. The school will accept these changes within two working days. If you notice that your changes have not been accepted please contact the College.

Remember to review the details of all family members listed in the green toolbar along the top of the page.
