Issue
At 3pm on Monday 9th July we will be applying an update to our network infrastructure.
Due to the College’s investment in redundancy for this hardware you should not experience any significant disruption during the upgrade, all things running smoothly.
In the unlikely event that an outage occurs you may be unable to access the internet whilst on campus, and you would be unable to perform any remote access whilst off campus.
If you are unable to access any College resources after 3:30pm please email IT Support support@brigidine.qld.edu.au or call 07 3002 0666.
Work-Around / Fix
Whilst an outage is unlikely, be aware of the resources that you may using during this time to avoid the chance of disruption that will impact your work.
