We've updated BrigNET to include new links to Jira Service Desk and IT Knowledge Base

Jira Service Desk

Jira Service Desk is the product that powers the IT Ticketing system at Brigidine.

Clicking the Jira Service Desk link on BrigNET will allow you to view all of the tickets you've raised as well as submit new tickets.

We've created some documentation covering some of the basic functions and features for Jira.


IT Knowledge Base

The IT Knowledge base is powered by Confluence and links in with Jira Service Desk to help you troubleshoot and hopefully resolve issues before needing to submit a service desk request.
