Issue

At 7am on Monday 22nd October we will be applying an update to Jira Service Desk. The downtime is likely to last 90 minutes.

During this time you will be unable to submit, review and respond to tickets through the Jira Service Desk web interface for both the IT and Performing Arts Service Desks.

If you have any urgent requests please call 666 internally or for external calls, 07 3002 0666.

Work-Around / Fix

You will still be able to email IT Support support@brigidine.qld.edu.au for non-urgent issues during the outage. IT will respond to these once the upgrade has been completed.
