If you have been told to drop off your laptop to IT please follow the below guide to keep both yourself and the IT team safe. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter.

When do I drop off my laptop?

Laptops should only be dropped off after you have created an IT support ticket by emailing support@brigidine.qld.edu.au. Drop offs can occur Monday to Friday between 1pm and 3pm.


Where do I drop off my laptop?

Laptops are to be dropped off outside the doors that lead you to the Uniform shop, Book room and IT department. There will be clearly marked tables outside where you can drop off your laptop and also collect the loan laptop that will already be setup before your arrival. 


How long will the repair take?

Repairs will take a minimum of two working days. Once your laptop is ready you will be contacted via email letting you know your laptop is ready. 


Where do I pick up my laptop?

Laptops are picked up from the same location you dropped your laptop off. Collections will be available between 1pm and 3pm Monday to Friday.
